Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy covers the dbriq website (dbriq.com) and your dbriq account. The dbriq app you install runs on your own computer or server and sends no information to us.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, company and role, which you give us when you create an account.
- Your password, stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider. We can’t read it.
- Which beta versions you downloaded, and when.
- Whether you asked us to email you about new beta versions.
How we use it
- To let you sign in and download the beta.
- To answer your support requests.
- To email you about the beta: account emails always, and new versions only if you asked for them.
- To understand how many people try dbriq, and in which roles.
We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Accounts and downloads are handled by Supabase (sign-in, database and file storage). The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Email is sent through Zoho Mail. These providers process data only to run these services for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Download records are kept with the account.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop beta emails, write to hello@dbriq.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we’ll email you before the change takes effect.
