Beta terms
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you download and use a beta version of dbriq. By creating an account you agree to them.
Using the beta
- You may install and use the beta free of charge, at work or at home, for as long as the beta lasts.
- Please don’t redistribute the installer. Colleagues can create their own account and download it.
- Please don’t reverse-engineer the software or remove its notices.
It is a beta
The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed, and some parts have not yet been tested on every database version. Try it on non-production servers first. You are responsible for reviewing any fix script before you run it; dbriq never runs them itself.
Your data
Everything dbriq collects from your databases stays on the computer or server where you install it. See the privacy policy for the account information we hold.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve dbriq without owing you anything for them.
Ending the beta
We may end the beta or change these terms. We’ll tell you by email before either happens. You can stop using the beta and delete your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta.
